"We needed a lot of painting done on the outside of an apartment building. There are a few things we look for before we hire someone to work at our business. 1) Will the person be timely, to allow for proper tenant notice and preparation. 2) Can we get an estimate and if the final bill is more, it is expected before paying because options were discussed. 3) The job is done as stated. As you know, sometimes you just have no idea what you are going to get when you hire work out. Thankfully we received all three of those with Northern Painting. The communication of the time frame and what to expect could not have been better. We were not sure what color we wanted. Mike listened to what we were looking for and gave us some guidance on options that might work. The end result was a color that worked PERFECT. Mike also recommended painting an additional area we did not think about when we asked for the bid, which made a huge difference in the end result. They were also patient with working around the tenants, which is not always easy with people constantly going in and out. Northern Painting does excellent work and keeps you informed all through the process, other contractors should follow their example."
